- [x] Scale down avatar from 120px to 80px on mobile, 60px on very small screens

- [x] Adjust channel name font size for mobile
|
|
- [x] Stack channel stats vertically on very small screens
|

- [x] Handle long channel names with ellipsis
|
|
- [x] Improve button layout (stack buttons on mobile)
